Returns

All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers. To receive an RMA numbers, please email us to request information and we will issue the RMA numbers to you via email. RMA numbers are only valid for 14 days, after that period it will be considered voided. We reserves the rights to refuse or reject any merchandise returned to us with a RMA numbers that had exceed the 14-days validity. RMA numbers must be legibly written on the outside of the carton.     All unopened items carry a 30 days money back guarantee. All opened or used merchandise is not refundable under any circumstances.
